Grip-it™ Slow-Cure™ Epoxy (working time 30 minutes) An Excellent Multi-purpose Epoxy Adhesive for Permanent Repairs of Fiberglass, Metal, Glass and Hardwoods. For plastic repairs use our Grip-it™ Instant Grip Glue. For fast temporary repairs use our Quik-Cure™ Epoxy. Slow-Cure™ Epoxy is superior for bonding and reinforcing fiberglass components. Slow-Cure™ is 100% waterproof and forms bonds in 8 hours.

Slow-Cure™ bonds best on clean, textured surfaces. Smooth non-porous surfaces should be roughened with coarse sandpaper to improve adhesion. Temperature during curing must be above 70° F. Acetone and isopropyl alcohol work as the best solvents for cleaning un-cured epoxy from surfaces.

Slow-Cure™ is 100% waterproof and forms bonds in 8 hrs. For fast temporary repairs use our Quick-Cure Epoxy.

Slow-Cure™ bonds best on clean, textured surfaces. Smoth non-porous surfaces should be roughened with coasrse sandpaper to imporve adhesion. Acetone and isopropl alchol work as the best solvents for cleaning un-cured epoxy from surfaces.

Clean and dry surfaces throughly.

Unscrew dispensing nozzle. Remove shipping seal, and replace nozzle.

Remove small caps and cut off the end of nozzles. Squeeze equal amount of Slow-Cure™ resin and harner onto clean discardable surface.

Mix thoroughly.

Apply to surface to be joined and place together. Sets in 30 minutes. Items can be handled in two hours, full bond strength in 8 hours. When mixing large quantities at higher temperatures, working time may be reduced to less than 10 minutes.

    1. Cover directly below work area with a cloth to prevent any drips from getting on vehicle (do not use paper).
    2. Grip-it™ acts as a lubricant, the more you use the easier the grip will slide on. There will be excess glue that you’ll need to wipe immediately with a cloth towel.
    3. It is easier to apply grips if you “spin” it as you’re putting it on. Stop turning when you have the grip in the proper position.
    4. Determine mat alignment before applying Grip-it™. Apply the furthest away from you first, and then work your way toward yourself pressing down firmly.
    5. Always work in a well-ventilated area.

Grip-It™ Cyanoacrylate is a single component adhesive that polymerizes rapidly when pressed into a thin film. The moisture absorbed on both surfaces initiates the curing of Grip-It™ and forms a permanent bond. Grip-It™ bonds close fitting suirfaces including rubber, metal and plastic.
